Front Wheel Lock Up??
Ok. I lowered the car over the weekend. Car has 7k miles. '02 Z06.
Before I placed the front tires on I spun the rotors. Everything turns nicely. Then I hung the driver's tire. Hand Tightened the bolts in the correct crossing pattern and when I went to spin the tire the rotor hung really hard on the brake. So, naturally I removed the tire and checked how warped the rotor is. I figured that the rotor is out of flat by .010" max.
So I re-install tire. With wheels straight it spins fine. With wheel turned to inside the rotor hangs up on the brake pads.
Can anyone tell me what is happening here?????:
