You mean the road hazard warranty they sell?
No I have never bought that from them in the six sets of tires for the Vettes that I've bought from them. Only one time did I have a GS-D3 on a C4 that got two nails and had to be replaced, since it was about 2/3'rds through its' life I just bought a second rear to go with the replacement tire. They pro-rated both so it wasn't that bad.
Never had a problem, knock on wood, with a run flat.
Oh I deal with the local store not the online store.
