New Paint Price
Just got two quotes to repaint my C5. One was $5490 and the other was $5300. Is this about normal? No body work just rock chips. Both quotes were to disassemble and paint each panel.

I've been told on this forum that anywhere around 5000-8000 could be considered "normal", and my local dealership, which does collision on site, said about the same thing, depending on if you wanted factory color, changing colors, etc etc.
Are the rock chips so bad you need to repaint the entire car? Or is it just time for a new spray anyway?

I may take a look at it better tonight and go that route, because I will be getting over what the car is worth in it if I do a complete job on it.

That sounds very low. Do those quotes include bringing down to the fiberglass, sealing, sanding, primer, base coats, sanding, multiple top (clear) coats, and polishing? Refinishing vets is very labor intensive.
