I hate to tell you but your Vette is probably gone for good. Im assuming you have already collected the insurance money since its been that long? More than likely what they did was strip the car to the frame, put the frame where the cops could find it, waited for the insurance company to sell the frame at an auction, the thieves bought the frame with a clean salvage title, put everything back on it and sold it to someone. Thats what happened to me when I was car jacked in my '02 Camaro LE SS. Its being driven in KY on a clean salvage title right now. I dont know if you want to spend the money but Id get a carfax and run the vin and see if anything comes up on it. Thats how I found out mine was being driven on a salvage title. The cops told me that was a common thing that was going on. Best of luck to you.
Its in a barn in Fayette County, TN. Well actually there is one in a barn in Fayette County, TN. I tried to buy it but the women seems to think its worth 30k. Sorry for your loss. That is the car I wanted.

Man, sorry for the loss of your car. Unfortunately, doubt you will ever find it again, at least in once piece. If you've already collected from the insurance company, time to go and buy another one - prices are good right now.
