just changed over from BB Bullets after 4 years to GHL Bullets what a difference the resonance of the BB's were a pain, get out of the car after a long trip with my bloody ears ringing, changed them over last weekend and went for a run yesterday for about 60 miles the car is so much nicer to drive now than it has been for ages, love the sound of BB's but the GHL's are way ahead, they will bark if you want or will run pretty quite at 60 mph
I just bought my 04 z used and it came with b&b bullets. I love the sound, its very loud and obnoxious. There is some drone but I kind of like it. I think its prob the loudest system for a c5. It has that muscle car sound to it too, especially when you rev it. I'll try to get a vid with sound after work tom
Well I did it. Ordered the Predators. HOpe to recieve them and get installed in couple weeks. Will let you all know how good a decision I made.
Allan, I am going through the exact same thing as you did in 2009. I have a 2003 convertible and want to give the car a growl. I am looking for the loudest, deepest muscle car sound without the drone. I thought that I had narrowed it down to either the GHL Bullets or B&B Bullets. The feedback you received convinced me that I wouldn't be happy with the drone that come with the B&Bs. Now I'm torn between the GHLs, Predators or possibly even adding a by-pass to my stock mufflers. Any suggestions or sound clips (the predator clip posted by "4U2ENVY" is no longer accessible) would be appreciated.
