Since you asked, I don't like it.
Always liked black trim with yellow. Blue trim looks OK in some contexts (like a track car) but I don't think I'd like it on a street C5.

I have a friend who has a yellow/red interior C5, I think his looks nice, he has it accented well.

I personally like it. I saw a C5 Z at buyavette.net the last time I was in Atlanta and it was yellow with the red interior. If my coupe wasn't already modded to my liking I swear I would have traded it right there on the spot!
