That car's been rode hard and put away wet. I agree - sad to see a Vette in that kind of shape.

From the amount of rust on the calipers (braking surface), it appears that this car has not been driven for a while!

Kids, most likely, no appreciation for what they have. I would assume the interior is bad too. Looks like it's been sitting for a while, could be a repo or engine's blown, no money to pay for repairs.

My car has sat outside in the rain undriven for one day and has more rust on the rotors then that one does.
