Ecklers is HORRIBLE. They are an absolute last resort. Slow shipping, bad parts, bad CS, etc. Just about every time I've ordered from them, I've ended up regretting it.
Why can Summit get me things from Ohio faster than Ecklers can from 45 minutes up the road?
Case in point, the rear tranny seal they carry for a BONE STOCK BW-ST10 is wrong. It ain't even freaking close. I told them this. I sent measurements. I argued on the phone with them for an hour. You think they care? Nope, same part still on their website to this day.
Another case in point, every single vacuum relay they have leaks. I think their stock comes from the GM discard bins or something.
