Does anyone know the diameter of coupler I need to replace the stock one with? Is it going to be 2 different diameters? I am keeping the stock air bridge and want to use one of the smooth couplers. I'm thinking about just getting something from Lowes.

Rubber FERNCO couplers from the plumbing department are not meant to withstand the under hood temperatures they'll see in a confined C5 engine compartment. They will eventually crack and could cause lean codes. Many owners of '94-95-96 B body Impala SS and Caprices, Cadillac and Buick did the same thing and learned the hard way. Use a silicone coupler designed for the purpose.
I use the SLP (bump in center) coupler as offered above. It provides a little more flexibility (like oem) than the straight, more rigid silicone couplers. And I didn't have to trim the SLP coupler to make it fit just right.
