Default Backup bulbs

I was looking at a catalog today and came across a item for much brighter bulbs, it say's 50 watt bulbs. And they fit in a 1156 socket. Will they fit in a C-5's backup lights. The stock bulb is a 2057 ? Thanks

I bought a pair of 50 watt halogen ones off the auction site. The seller was a motorcycle shop. I have the allure diamond cut license plate lights. The combo of the new bulbs and the new lenses are amazing!
As far as heat goes, if you drive in reverse for more than three minutes the lense might melt
Have a good one

Yep those are the bulbs I have and they are great!!!!. That price is high. I would call around to your local auto and Motorcycle shops. You should be able to get a set for $15.00 or less.

I bought mine from Chip at:

Corvette Enhancements

I also picked up the tower LEDs for $30. The combo really updates the back of the car.
