A friend told me how to access these codes from the Computer (Dash).
The Check Engine light went off after another 25 miles or so and then came back on. Any idea what this is? I have no clue.
Thanks!
Those two mean you have a lean fuel condition.
The IPC, LDCM, and RDCM codes are for the door control modules. The TCS code is a torque code. These don't worry about unless they come back after you clear them.
The lean fuel condition is more than likely due to the Vararam pumping more air than the system is used to and the computer hasn't compensated for it yet.
Clear all the codes and see if they come back. http://www.stengel.net/diccodes.htm
Okay...it isn't as bad as I thought what so ever. That's an awesone link you provided. It's my weekend driver so I'm going to do this Thursday night after I wash it and get it ready to drive starting Friday. Thanks!
My 03 gave the same codes after installing the Vararam. Did this for a few months (weekend driver) but seemed to give the code when I accelerated hard such as getting on the accelaeration ramp for the interstate. Did if perhaps 7 or 8 times, each time I reset the code then it has stopped for the last few months.
I had 0171 and 0174 pop up Tuesday. It turned out that one of the clamps on the MAF was barely tight. I checked the other clamps, cleared the codes took it for a spin and all is good.
