P1416 C is AIR system bank 2, and it is current.
You check valve is stuck. They get clogged with gunk.
Take the main hose off, while the engine is running. If you get exhaust gas from the tube, it is stuck open. Spray a liberal amount of WD-40 through the main tube, with the engine off. Then use compressed air to push it through the system.
