Default monster clutch kit

Has anyone used this kit before? I see a few different setups available from texas speed, is this their own kit? for around 700 you can get heavy duty clutch, pressure plate, flywheel along with slave cylinder. Wondering if this clutch kit is good quality etc. This particular one is rated for up to 750hp

I have the stage 3 with lightened flywheel have about 2000 miles on it and love it! Takes a couple days to get fully used to the six puck. But the light flywheel makes the revs rap out way faster! go through a vender on this site for the best deals! Check the for sale section there are tons of threads on sales for monster clutches!

what do you mean six puck? and how is it different than say a centeforce dual friction? i would also get it with the heavier billet steel flywheel, just my preference

the friction disc has suck puck stile plates. The centerforce is lick a stock clutch with a full faced disc. You can't slip a six puck like you can a full face. What are you using this for?

street driving, not daily but mainly street driving/racing not much track use at all. I have used centerforce on my cars in the past, ls1 ss and mustang. saw this monster set up and thought it was good for the money however i do need driveablility, not just the ability to launch at high rpms and its for my 02 z06

well if your not going to put tons of power down you could do the stage 2-2.5 monster. If you think you may go for more the stage 3.5 is a full face that holds tons. I went the stage 3 cause I plan on making more power soon. I daily drive my six puck with no issues. Some people would hate it but I don't mind. If you want your car to drive more like the stock clutch stick with a full face.

no no slip all or nothing got to adjust to it. Not a big deal for me but some may not like it.
traffic can suck but like I said if you think you won't like it get something with a full face and you wont have to worry about it so much. I don't kill my car or have rough take offs but If someone else drove my car it might look bad.
