If your avatar matches the car you're talking about you'll have to remove the facia on the center of the dash where you're radio and HVAC controls are. It's not hard. You just have to remove the screw behind where the telescoping option would be (to left of your ignition key), remove screw inside center console and screw behind the ashtray once it's removed. If you google " Remove Corvette radio) it'll steer you in the right direction with pictures and all. Good luck.
