vibration

just had rear flat tire fixed. they did not balance tire after the repair. would this now cause the whole car to vibrate at speeds of 75MPH &up?

New tire? Patch on the inside? If it was just a plug from the outside it's not going to affect the balance but if the tire came off the rim it needs to be re-balanced.

If they broke the tire from the rim and plugged/patched the hole, then they should have rebalanced the tire.
