headlight issue

headlight issue
this is on a 03 coupe, when i turn the lights of both headlights go down but the right side sounds like he keeps going. i tired a search and couldnt find anything, any help would be great

Sounds like a machine gun huh?
You need to replace the gear. I would do both while you're in there. I replaced one and had to go back about 6 months later to do the other.

Completely agree, a common problem.
Some think Bfranker gears are better because they are all metal (no rubber bushing).

I used Rodney Dickman's, he has a special bracket for later year C5s which holds the gear housing on (glue doesn't do a great job).
I bought 2 gears, but only put 1 in, other gear has gone several years now.
