HVAC In-dash help needed!

My 98 coupe's drivers side is blowing warmer than the passenger side when the A/C is on (It's apparently pretty common) and it's NOT okay
...especially since I just moved to south Florida last week
Right now i have my dashboard apart and I'm trying to figure out what I can do to fix it. Can anybody explain exactly why this happens? I can clearly see the separation between the driver's side and passenger's side, I don't know what's beyond that or where the common point is. Anybody know whats going on?
Pleeeeeeeez

Thanks guys, paul

IF you have an AUTOMATIC (dual control) A/C, then it could be low freon or an actuator problem.
I still can't believe this, but the refrigerant was low!!

I removed the driver's actuator motor and "reindexed" the gearing, (as JW said above, thanks for the input anyway
) which didn't do a thing. After hours of frustration, I said "screw it, I'll add more gas" ( I happened to have a little refrigerant ) ...and what do ya know... both sides are blowing equally cold
I have to tweak the charge still. Question, I have regular A/C manifold gauges, is there an adapter i could get to use these on the car's 134A ports?
Well, a lovely day in the 90+ degree Florida sun, dismantling and reassembling my dashboard FOR NO REASON

owell

At least i learned how to take the dash apart

Thanks to everyone for their input!
