Just installed my VaraRam today. what a pain in the ***. Haven't really driven it hard yet, still giving the PCM time to calibrate itself. I'm definitly gonna have to pick me up some Z06 screens though to conceal the intake
...really though. It was a pain
I hear yah, my install started after dinner and had me wrenching away til the early morning. Definitely not the easiest mod to install, but not the hardest either.

OP,
You are gonna love the VR! We all know it is a piece of **** construction wise and yes, it is tough to install, but, It performs as advertised! I will not take mine off until I go FI!
haha yeah, I was a little taken aback when I first took it out of the box. but after driving it a bit the car definitly feels better. now I just gotta get headers and a tune and call it a day
I did the install as a winter project 4 years ago. I Spent a snowy Sunday morning bonding with my beauty and gave her a bigger set of lungs. The Vararam, Borla's , AR Headers, and ECS tune really woke her up.
44K (s)miles later and it is still great.
