I think the feel will be more going from 2.73 to 3.15 than 3.15 to 3.42. If the price is right I say do it. If the price isn't right go the 3.42 gears.
I will tell you this, If you install the 3.15 gears and get a Chuck CoW tune you will have a new car.

I went from 2.73 to 3.15. Wait and get 3.42 "IF" its not a daily driver.

it is a DD. About 80 miles a day. I think the 3.15 will be a nice, inexpensive upgrade.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the diff? I may have limited room to haul it when i go pick it up.
