I've noticed this recently and have no idea what it is. Left hand turns in my car feel perfectly fine, but when I turn right I feel I guess you could describe it as a slight "grinding". Any idea what it could be?

Thanks,

Are the turns at low speeds? If so, it could be the differential. I had the same problem, and changed the fluid in the differential. The noise was Gone!

Yeah its at low speeds. I changed all fluids in my car with royal purple products less than 1k miles ago though. My car is a Paxton Novi 2003 Z06 btw.

Did you add the Limited Slip Differential additive when you changd the gear fluid? My diff was making a grinding/ticking noise on slow turns too. I changed the fluid (with LSD additive). After the lube change, I would make a couple of very slow figure-eight turns in a parking lot (forwards and backwards). This works the LSD into the syncro gears.
This worked for ~ a year. I did it again, and it lasted for another year. Then I swapped the old 2:73's for a set of DTE 3:42's. No more noise.
