Yes they will. I run them on my C5. The offset is a little to big so they sit a little to far into the wheel well for my taste. To fix that issue I purchased 1" adapters. Here is a few pictures:

If you are talking about true C6 wheels off a C6, they will fit, but the offset is not correst for a C5. If I remember correctly you will need a spacer to correct it. I have C6 Z06 Reproductions on mine and they have the correct offset for the C5. They are also the stock 17F/18R as I did not need new tires.
