New Hood Liner from Paula!
I've seen pictures of the artwork that Paula can do on Hood Liners, so I bit the bullet and had her create one for me!
At first, I was going to go all out with a large American flag, but, in the end, I wanted something a little more modest.
Anyway, enough of the ranting, Here are the pics!
This is what my old liner looked like...
See the holes?
Down it comes!
My trusty Door plug puller and the buttons:
Now my naked hood :o:
Here is what I received today from Fedex!
Artwork up close:
Installed Pics:
Here is Paula's info for anyone intrested:

That looks great. The hood w/o an insulator looks fine, too.
What are you going to do to prevent the new (expensive?) hood insulator from inevitably looking grungy like the old one? Can you power wash the new insulator w/o causing damage?

My old hoodliner got the holes in it from a braided fuel hose between the fuel rails in the front. I have since reworked my fuel system and that hose is no longer there.

Looks very nice.
You probably got those tears on the old liner due to rubbing issues with engine components (air bridge...), so make sure it's not touching anything this time round

Looks great. Nice design but not overdone.
