Headlight Actuator Assemblies

After replacing the plastic gear in both sides, seems that the two-part epoxy eventually lets loose. I've had to re-glue them several times.
I decided to replace the actuators and get it over with. So I started shopping. The List price on new motors (head light actuators) from my stealership is $347.78 each. Thats a total of $695.56 for the pair.
After bargaining with the service department, they came down to $217.36 for each actuator. That totals $434.72 for both sides. That's not a bad price from what I can tell.
Then I looked on the auction site and find '97 - '04' Corvette headlight motors (motor. gear box and wiring harness) for $125.00 each. The ad states 'New' so I assumed they did not come out of a wrecked Vette. I asked the seller for the GM part number of this motor and he responded that they do not know the GM part number.
That response worried me as to what I would get if I bought them. Thus, my question. Has anyone bought these motors from the auction site? Were they OEM motors or knock off production items that may or may not work?
