Does it ligh up with the others when you first start the car? Do you have any codes on your DIC? It is a replaceable bulb, but involves pulling the insturment cluster. Corvette Essentials has a good write up (with pictures) on how to pull the IP.

Default Cel

The CEL does not light up at all. It did not come on when they started the car when it was inspected so they failed the car. There were no codes.

Thanks for the info. The Corvette Essentials write up looks great.

NYS also has the MIL or CEL check for inspections. I would try taking it else where, did the cars monitors all pass? Most places skip right past it so you'll probably get lucky.
