Looks good but they are facing the wrong direction.
Well according to the instructions that's the direction that they're supposed to face. If you do a search you'll see others with these brakes face the same direction as well.
Wrong. That is the correct direction for those rotors.

Interesting...not sure what makes the Eradispeed different from other rotors but if that's what the directions said then so be it. Not that it would make a performance difference either way.

That's what I have on my C5, and that is the way Westcoast Corvette Installed them.

The internal vane design that Baer uses on their rotors is different than just regular straight, or curved channels. They are direction specific.
On normal slow, or moderate, street driving it may not make a significant difference on rotor temps, depending on the driving habits, etc, but any "performance" type activity wherein the brakes are being used harder, then yes it will make a difference as the air flow on the Baer rotors is designed for maximum cooling when the airflow is directed in the manner they are designed for. Baer was using DBA for all their rotor blanks on their Eradispeed series. Not sure if they still are. It is DBA that designed the internal "Kangaroo Paw" design of the cooling passages in these rotors.
