I need an idea for my doors. I want to put something on the bottom and back of the doors. Thought about some flames, but thats done a lot. Any ideas??
This is what they look like now.
ps:
If you dont like the lambo doors, please dont post negative comments. Theres plenty of that in other threads already. I just want some ideas for the door bottoms.
umm.. well it would def be a spray job... skulls with a flame background or something.. i think the primary background color should be black) with the skulls in like a shadow type thing... idk it could be done to look good imo
I have these for my car Matt
I just dont have them installed yet. Here is a link to give you an idea.
(i know the pic is a C6 as I couldnt find a C5 link)
Maybe a couple smaller Corvette emblems to match the hood liner. So when you are looking from the back you see one large emblem in the middle and his smaller brothers on the doors.
oh yeah....can you post some pics of your car from the sides...I want a better look and the black and red wheels.
don't know what under the hood looks like, but if you have any "styling" there you might want to match it to the doors. if not, perhaps some elaborate pin stripping??
Since you have the black/red theme going, I suggest the panels between the interior door panel and the door skin be painted a satin black - not too shiny, not too flat, just enough to give it some depth. Plus it would blend in with the weatherstripping.
I cant use chrome, I have nothing chrome on the car. Trying to stay away from chrome. Flames or the skull idea is all that I think really fits. Can anybody photoshop some flames or skulls there? Any other ideas?
