That is a storage unit that sits in the rear of a coupe, The person did a nice carpet job on it, You can find these for sale from some of the vendors here, But it won't look the same as the one in the picture because of the carpet overlay.

I have one, it is a lightweight foam, weights less than 1 pound. Works great. It just "pressure fits in".
BTW, it comes in black, gray, or tan carpet to match stock colors.
