If the Tire Rack doesn't have any, chances are they are not made.

I thought a 30 was the appropriate size when going to a 19" wheel?

^ Correct.
Why are you looking to get a 35?
If your car is lowered, that might not even fit.

Stock:
275 40 18
Sidewall 110mm
Total Diameter 26.7"
Your wheel
305 35 19
Sidewall 107mm
Total Diameter 27.4"
Proper wheel size
305 30 19
Sidewall 92mm
Total Diameter 26.3 "
=========================
You may already know this, but the minute you start getting out of stock diameter range TC can potentially not work properly, and you can potentially lose performance! Not to mention your speedo will be off by at least a few miles. Do a search in google for "tire size calculator" or "wheel calculator." Check with the calculator first before buying tires to make sure your getting the right size and such.
