Hit a deer - no damage!!!!
Was cruising on hwy 64 in Tennessee yesterday to the Shiloh Civil War park, following a 18 wheeler....next thing i know, there's a dead deer in the road in front of me...no where to go...traffic in on coming lane...no time to stop...over the top of the carcass we go...sounded and felt like hitting train tracks broadside...pulled over to check the damage (you can only imaging what i'm expecting)....not a bit!!!
...none...nada...there was a some hair and a few drops of blood on the rear facia around the license plate, but that was it!!!!
guess it was my REALLY LUCKY day!!!

I hit a deer near Crazy Horse SD on the way back from the Corvette Caravan. It was at night and when I first looked for damage that night I thought I had missed the bullet......but the next day I saw the cracked headlight cover. Thought that was all it was and started looking for the RH cover in TR......that took a couple of weeks. Once found I started the repair only to find out that the damage went further and required a whole replacement headlight assembly. $400 bucks later, all is fine.

u did get lucky.. a guy i know just got back from maryland for his cousins funeral.. she hit a deer and the deer ended up inside the car with her. it thrashed around in the car beating her to death. Then her husband died this weekend in a car accident aswell. F*ckin good for nothing deer

My girlfriend called me yesterday, 9:30pm, crying. She hit a small deer on the road. When she saw the animal, she panicked, hit the breaks, spun on the road. Fortunately she was driving a Kia Sorrento, no traffic, but she stopped on the left shoulder on a 4-lanes road.
It hit the passenger side, broke the fog light, front bumper, windshield fluid washer container. Estimate from the dealership: $1500-2000.
No scratches on the girl.
