Kudos to Barry & SS Inserts!
Back in '02 I purchased a set of stainless letters for my '00 NB hardtop from SS Inserts. Recently the "R" on the rear bumper became loose and I pulled it off, cleaned it and the rear bumper with some isopropyl alcohol, and tried to reattach it with some thin double sided tape. It only lasted a short time before it started coming loose again.
So, this morning I went to SS Inserts website and contacted them via email. Within an hour I got an email back from Barry asking for my mailing address; he's going to send me a replacement, and wouldn't accept either any money for the replacement, nor did he want my old "R" letter back! Way above the call, especially for a purchase 7 years ago!
Just wanted to pass along my experiences with a forum sponsor that really, REALLY, stands behind their product!

I have SS inserts as well and they still look great after many years.
