what would be the best cam with afr 205 heads, ported fast 92, ported ls2 tb, either 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 arh, and vararam without flycuting, good drivablity and 450+whp this would be mostly street driven with the possibility of going to the strip or doin a hpde or 2
I have afr 205s (59cc), LG pros, no fast/tb but I have a custom gring comp cam 232/236 .617/.600 112 LSA and I make 440/406 (would make a little more on 93). I bought it with this cam in it but I can tell it lost some low end, but I jsut got 3.90's and it feels perfect now. It's my DD and I wouldn't go any bigger for a DD. It's a good cam overall.

^^Look at the ECS blower cam. While this cam is intended for S/C, it produces great results N/A. Here is a link to a thread where the cam produced 430 rwhp with bolt-ons and stock Z06 heads.
You're eventually going to get as many answers as there are different cams. Since you specify drivability you should go somewhat tame and not worry about big numbers as much. Trying to hit a big number will get you a peaky cam that is cumbersome to drive around, and soft in the low end.
I suggest choosing a cam that's somewhere in the range of 224-232 duration. With an LSA of 114 or bigger. The bigger the LSA the tamer the car will idle and behave and the broader the torque curve will be, but peak numbers will be lower. Also the bigger the duration numbers the more valve overlap, which will put the power curve higher in the RPM range.
