Problem Models
Sold my 98 about a year and a half ago and now regret it. Looking to buy another but I've been away from the forum and haven't kept on top of which years are the problem children. I'd like to stay with a C5 Coupe. Any one got any "stay away froms"?
Thanks

They are all fine with there little probs, If you can I would look for a 2002-2004 Coupe, It seems they have less bugs to deal with...

There isn't really a problem year or model.
There were a few improvements as the production model progressed. Get the newest/cleanest one that crosses your path.

[QUOTE=Burgie;1572075210]Thanks for the response. I'm look at the 02-04 year models if the price is around the 20's-mid 20's.[/QUOTE
20's, you will be able to find a quality 04. Good luck.

It seems that the same problems seem to show up in just about all the C5 model years. I would try and buy as new of one that you can afford - updates were made each model year to various systems/components.
