Thanks to all those who have posted, have yet to post, and to those who have come and gone before us! Your love, dedication, and sacrifice has and always will ensure our freedom. God bless you all!

This not only goes for our men and women of the US armed forces but also to our brothers and sisters in arms up north, across the pond, and around the world. Thank you all.

I am a 3rd gen service member with 20 years AD in the USAF. In fact most of my family has served:
Grandfather was in the Navy in WWII
My Father did 3 tours in Vietnam, 101st Airborne
Uncle in Army, Korean war
2 uncles Army, Vietnam
Uncle in USMC, Grenada
Brother was in the Navy (USS Nimitz) Gulf War
Cousin was in the Navy (submarine)
2 cousins, USAF (Capt and Lt Col)

I am retiring early next year for medical reasons. It will be a somber moment for my family and I but I am proud to have done my part and it's time to pass the torch.

This is my first Corvette (03 QS Z06). I almost passed on it but thankfully my wife talked me into it, she is a great woman. I purchased it 2 years ago after a car accident as an upcoming retirement gift to myself. I couldn't drive it for the first year due to my medical condition but she sure looked fast. Now that I can drive I take her out every chance I can.
