c5 fuel pump rivits
Has any one seen rivits holding fuel pump to tank on driver side tank 1998 c5. Trying to upgrade pump and sender. not sure how to remove rivits and how to reinstall when rivits are removed????

They're not actually rivets, but a bolt with a "break away " head that GM seemed to think was a good idea
If you buy a new gasket kit, these great "break aways" will be included. (mine are still in the bag
)
If you can't get a pair of needle nose vice grips on them (they're not very tight) you will need to get a drill and ease out.
I purchased some new bolts from home depot.
