Strange looks
We are having some great weather up here in New England so I figured I would spend some time on the vette and start getting it ready for winter. Had the car jacked up and tires off to clean rims and wheel wells when the neighbor came over to see what I was doing, thought I was rotating the tires should have seen his face when I said nope just wanted to clean the rims really good! Thought I was nuts. LOL, people just don't understand

I clean mine also, Peter Pan thinks I'm crazy. Everytime the car is on a lift he mumbles how my PRT exhaust makes a great mirror

This is okay by me, but when you start pulling the dash out and dropping the engine for a simple cleaning, it's time to go back to therapy

Long ago my neighbors quit giving me strange looks when my vette is involved. I don't have a lift so I must slide around on the floor to clean the barrels of my wheels. This must appear "normal" to the neighbors. They gave up on me when I tiled the floor of the VetteCave.

I have the same 3 people that always make some comment when I'm doing ANYTHING to my '01.
