On the third Saturday of each month there is a gathering of American muscle, exotics and of course the Great American Sports Car, it is called Cars and Coffee, held at the duPont Registry in St. Petersburg, Florida. This gathering is not a judged show, in fact it only last 2 hours. It starts at 7 am and ends at 9 am. Now how many people do you think will turn out for such a short event that early on a Saturday morning.
Well today there was over 300 cars of all types plus I was told by one of the organizers, they counted an additional 50 cars parked outside the show area, because there was no more room.
Here are just a few of the 100 pictuers I took. Hope you enjoy.
I always try to get up there for that event. Always neat cars and something different every month. I saw your car this morning and noticed your wheels. They look great.
Thanks for the pics. I went out there a few months ago and had a prety good time even though it was an hour drive and really early in the morning lol. I would definitely go again if I was in the area.
Cars and Coffee takes place all across the country, FYI. Don't know where it started but I heard the guy that started it never sleeps and was in a mental institution. He's a great man. Have you heard of him?
