Does anyone recommend that for storage purposes during the winter, that I put my vette on jack stands so that I do not get flat spots on the tires??? I have never stored a vehicle before and any ideas that anyone has would be helpful... Please keep in mind that the tires are GoodYear Run Flats.
Do a CF search for corvette storing and see what comes up.
However, this is what I do to my 2000 FRC.
1. Wash, and wax your Corvette. Be sure to vacuum the interior.
2. Treat the leather interior.
3. Pump up your OEM run-flats to 35-40 psi.
4. Add a gas stabilizer to your full gas tank.
5. Attach a battery tender to your battery.
6. Store some moth ***** under your hood.
7. Keep a piece of charcoal or other dessicant in your interior.
8. Cover your exhaust pipes with some clear plastic bags.

No need to put the car on jack stands - the newer style tires do not really get flat spots like older tires did. I just put some extra air in the tires and put a piece of carpet under each tire.
I have a few Word files that discuss winter storage tips - if you'd like a copy, just PM me your e-mail address.
