Is it possible to rev the engine..........
from the engine compartment?
If you're alone and doing a little troubleshooting, can you rev the engine from under the hood?
Thanks

I'm guessing that you could with a Tech 2, but otherwise, no way that I know of. The TAC and PCM control the throttle body

Nope. Maybe you could run a string through the Firewall to the gas pedal.

You can use HPtuners scanner and laptop to force an RPM. With a long USB cable, you could change from outside.
