Don't bother, they turn color and look like crap. I sent the vendor an email about the problem and all I was told was to polish them and the oxidation would go away...... NOT !

So now it's just a matter of how to get them off.

Mine too, went out and bought the polish they recomend before install, 2 weeks later starts to yellow, polish it out, 2 weeks later ect.ect. Not a good product on a daily driver out in the elements

We stopped selling them 2 or 3 years ago.

Black chrome does not do well when exposed to the
elements.

If your car is a daily driver or sees rain, these will not
do well for you

If you let water sit on them, they will spot...

Peace
Chip

Yeah, no one seems to stand behind this particular product.

I have black titanium stainless steel from ssinserts, they look very similar to black chrome. Had them for five years now, no problems but they were pricey.

Has anyone tried polishing them and then clear coating before installing?
