Default after market wheels

I have a 98 C5, factory wagon wheels. Thinking about getting some chrome wheels, 17/18's. Is everyone having good luck with the after market chrome wheels? Chrome hold up ok or any cracks or failures in the wheels? Thanks williams.jerry45

I've bought several sets of Wheels from OE Wheels..The chrome finish and the wheels themselves have held up great..I've had this set on for over a year and they still look good as new..They are the bolted deep dish style 17/18's...

I've had several sets of C5 Z06 reproduction wheels and both have held up very well - no problems at all.

I have C6 Z06 reproduction wheels on my 01 coupe. I ordered them from the Corvette Garage and they were drop shipped from Factory Reproductiuons. They are the C5 stock size 17F 18R with the correct offset. Here are a few pictures of mine.

I purchased some off of ebay, holding up great so far

But I do plan on buying a set of painted C6 wheels and have them chromed just like the aftermarket I purchased (for weight reasons only)

I put C6 Z06 Chrome Reproductions on my 98 Coupe also. Got them from West Coast Corvettes. I think they look great.

I bought my C6 5 spoke chrome a couple years ago and have had no issues, They are made by OE Performance in the 17/18 C5 offset.

I've had OE Wheels on both of the C5's I've had and they held up fine.

Come on Indy, your vette was one of the few with wagons that looked decent and you got rid of them, or do you secretly put them back on when your not taking pics of your Vette

I'm very pleased with my purchase from OE wheels llc. They seem to be holding up nicely.

Deep-dish chrome, '06 Z06 repros. I went 17/9.5 and 18/10.5 for the 265/40/17 and 295/35/18 tires.

How about a set of wheels that are guaranteed a perfect fit, are rare and are wider than stock? These wheels are light weight and are not some cheap Chinese copies. They are made in Italy and are absolutely brand new in their original boxes - they've never been mounted on a car, never have had any wheel weights stuck to them and have never had tires on them.

I have a set of Z06-Z16 polished wheels that were only available on the 2004 Z06 Commemorative Z16. These wheels retail for $3600, if you can find a set.....I'll sell them for $2800 plus shipping.

If you are interested - please give me a call at either of the numbers listed in my signature. Here's a couple of pics.....

Or you could consider putting C6 wheels on. I think my C6 gumbys look good on the C5.
