trouble with 3 codes

Default trouble with 3 codes
Hey guys - I need to pass emmissions to reregister the car by the end of this month and I have a 3 codes

P0410 AIR System
C1276 Delivered Torque Signal CKT Malfunction
U1255 Serial Data Line Malfunction

I assume the AIR code is related to emmissions - will I pass if I just fix that one? I know I have an o2 sensor thats not hooked up properly - would that explain PO410? C1276 - I just had my EBCM sent to ABS fixer - what is that about?
