You can buy them from after market sources like SOUTHERN CAR PARTS...all three covers, a trunk/cabin partition and a trunk mat.

I purchased my 04 Z-06 trunk factory (large center) cover in 04 from parts@Fichtnerchevrolet.com or 800-234-5284. You need the cover and the two factory plates that the cover locks in with. They come with the two screws on each side that hold them in place. If you pull your trunk carpet up you will see where they go, there are indentations on the side where the screws go. The part # 10413546 F-cover $67.74 net. 2- F-strikers #10290688$2.49 net. these are off the invoice from 6/04.
