"W"hat "W"ould "Y"ou "D"o? Fellow forum member lists something for sale here on the forum. You and seller agree on a price including shipping. You PayPal him $450 for the item. Over 2 weeks later of holding my money, he decides he doesn't want to sell said item. He actually offers me less of said item. I tell him I want agreed upon item or all of my money back. He PayPals the $450 back in which PayPal charges me almost $18 to recieve the money. So...it ends up costing me $18 for this member to hold my money for two weeks??? How would you feel?

You can't make him sell what he doesn't want to sell, But you do have a right to the paypal fees seeing it was him that decided not to sell, There is no way you should have to spend a pennie on this deal.
Just my 2 cents....
Mr.Bill
I won't share the name unless he doesn't think it is right to make sure I get the full $450 back...
That's fair and shows integrity on your part. I agree - he owes you the $18. If he isn't good for it then I guess chalk it up to being a supportive gesture toward your CF buddies by posting his name and sparing others the mistake of dealing with him. At least something good will have come out of it.
It's amazing how a persons mind will work. I sold it to you, received payment, now decided I want it back, will you take less than you paid me for it???????? No, Ok then absorb PayPal cost. Not the sharpest tool in the shed, so I guess your lucky to get partial payment but would also push for the rest. Good Luck!
