I bought some konis from him almost a month ago. I haven't received the konis and he is not responding to emails.
BUYER BEWARE !!! I guess I'm the latest chump on this guys list. Does not respond to his personal email or his Forum mailbox, as he leaves it full, and did not offer a phone contact number. I feel I have been robbed for over $400 by this person and as you can read above from others on here it is not the first time. I was beginning to listen to his and think it was my fault, but not now! Don't be the next victim. Caveat Emptor!! Dave, if your reading this...make it right and I'll say so to everyone. If not...
Here is an idea for tracking him down. I see in the last post you have a picture of his NC plate. I would contact the State Police and inform them of the how he defrauded you of $400. You will need the proof of payment and copies of all communication Emails, etc. in your efforts in trying to get your parts. Even if that plate has expired, they will have personal information on their database. I did not check to see if you are resident of NC, but if you are not, this an interstate activities and would fall under federal law. I am not in law enforcement, but you have enough evidence to get law enforcement involved to get your money back. I will check the information on him on this forum to see if I can find some phone number or address to help with the search. Good Luck!
