I was doing a few quick sprints today, and around 120mph the car sounds almost as if my window is not up all the way, and I can assure you it is. The noise seems to come from the top of the window. Is there some type of stripping or something that has maybe rotted out I can check? Car is a 2003 Z06 with 65k miles. Thanks!

Do the speed limit, Prob solved.
Couldn't resist...
Have you tried a search for window adjustment?
You can adjust the window for the top of it in or out as needed, I believe there is an adjustment on the bottom of the door.
Mr.Bill
Mine are very quiet up to say 90MPH, personally I don't drive much above that. The roads today are in such poor condition, well If you've ever seen a car that hit a pothole at 85MPH you'd know what I mean. !
Thanks for the information guys! So should I try adjusting it or is that just the way it is? I do not want to mess anything up while adjusting. Thanks guys!
Mine did this and I had to adjust my window up to fix it, the metal clip at the top of the window that is part of the Targa top was not catching the window and preventing it pushing out and creating a gap.
Oh it helped with the noise, but didn't cure it. Especially you get over a 100. At that speed I am guessing there is alot of vacum caused along the side of the windows, because they start pulling outward slightly. Also what ever vented air or cracks that is coming from outside pressurizes in the inside along with vacum there is proably no way to stop this but slow down. At 120 and above noise is the least of my concerns. Crank up the stereo you'll never notice. A little AC/DC will usually drown it out.

so where is the member that complained about how I joked about racing anything and everthing, even a grandma in a mini van that mean mugged me when you need him
just something that happens...window adjustments would help, but i'm assuming you probably notice it even more now that the weather is getting cold and making parts stiffer and shrink.
Is there a forum vendor that sells the "High Speed Windows"?
You might also check to see that the driver's side vertical seal wraps around the targa seal - it sometimes gets jammed underneath when you put the top back on - make sure it matches the passenger side.
