Yes, all the mentioned parts will fit into the C5 case without issues and are available at your local GM dealer. The really difficult part of doing this is setting the shims (pinion, case and side cover) for proper pattern and back lash. If you don't have the correct (Kent Moore) tools and the info on calculating the initial pinion shim, this job is going to be really, REALLY hard!

Including the micro polished 4.10 Motive gears, about $1,400. Someone well known on this forum told me he hasn't seen the C6 Z06 shaft break. Well, I have few people with my diffs that will put that to the test next year!

Here is the calculation on C5 pinion shim setup:
B1 = pinion & drivers side measurement (need Kent Moore tool J42168)
B = 0.197"
B - B1 = B2
A1 = numbers on pinion gear
A = nominal value of 4.055"
A1 - A = B3
B2 + B3 = pinion shim thickness

C5 rear upgrade
I don't know a thing about what works with what as far as the rear diffs. are concerned. But, I figure that's probably the next weakest link in my drivetrain and the next thing I'll be repairing...
So, my question is this: I already have the C5 300M hardened left and right shafts now, do you know if they will work with the C6 Z06 pinion and clutches? I'm thinking that hybrid might make for a fairly stout rearend. Or, are the output shafts different dimensions to where I'd need to replace mine with some C6 version? Thank you.
