Quick C5 wheel question

Can someone tell me definitively if this wheel was factory orderable in 2004 on a NON Z06 C5?

Man, I've got to say that it's getting to where I can't believe ANYTHING that folks who are selling will say on the phone/email......

The ONLY polished Z06 rims came with the Commemorative Z06/Z16 and were not available on the other models. You could have ordered a set through GM Parts but they would have been very expensive.

That style C5 wheel, whether painted, polished or chrome was not available on any non-Z06 in any year...

If it is chrome, it also was not available from the factory even on the Z06. It could however be an OEM wheel that was chrome plated. I have seen that...
