You will need two.
BUT, do not simply order two. I believe that you'll need a controller to control both at the same time. I am fairly certain you can get it as a package deal.

Just installed some on a '07 Z06, and instead of a manual switch, I found a remote control relay to open and close the valves. They can be controlled with a manual DPDT switch provided by QTP, or a fancy controller if you want a readout of percent open. The remote relay needs to be a polarity reversing relay to change direction on the butterfly valve motors.
