Default C5's with 100k + miles step inside

Hey guys my C5 has hit 115k smiles, and I was wondering if there is anything that needs to be replaced or adjusted internally on the
LS1. I know one some cars you need to adjust the valves/lifters etc, replace the timing chain, new oil pump, and so on. My oil pressure hot running 10-30w is around 23 psi and that seemed a bit low to me. I know some LS1's have lasted well over 200k, and I'd like to keep mine running for awhile as well. Oh also, I replaced the gear on my headlight motor and somehow the cover that goes on the motor came lose over time and fell off! Now the shaft/gear slides back and forth causing the headlight to not open, and even close when I'm driving sometimes.
Is there ANYWHERE I can get just the cover for the motor, or anything I can rig up to fix this? I really don't want to go depo's or drop $300 on a headlight motor!

Just keep up with the normal maintenance that needs to be done. I don't think the manual has a specific plan after 100k. Just keep in mind the things you have done, the things you haven't and how long you have gone without particular services. I'm on just under 85K and once it is paid off, I plan on really modding the car which would include a new LS6.

The lifters are hydraulic and can't be adjusted so no worries there. Generally speaking, the car will give you warnings when things need attention, so if you heed the warning and take care of each item that shows up, then and there, you'll be fine. Those that let this or that go till it becomes cost prohibitive are the ones who complain that its having too many problems. Nothing lasts forever and these are highly complex electrical/mechanical computers on wheels. So, take care of things as they happen and you'll be fine. I'm the guy who gave my son, my '99 that had 317K at the time and now well over 330K and still running, although in VA, this instant its hidden away in the garage from all the snow.

Just be religious on the fluid changes. Don't overlook the radiator coolant. Change the plugs and wires. At 108,000 she runs strong, and doesn't use any oil between changes.
