lost headlight motor cover help!

lost headlight motor cover help!
About 4 months ago I replaced the headlight gear with a plastic one (temporary fix) as I needed it asap and thought I tightened the motor cover good enough... Somehow it managed to come loose and fall off, now the shaft and and gear comes loose when i hit bumps and the headlight falls down. It's pretty dangerous because i have to pull over on the highway and stuff to fix it, and I can't find just the cover anywhere. Is there anything I can do, or where can I find a motor cover... I don't want to spend $300 on a used fiero headlight motor from ebay, or get depo's as i like the popups.

I figured there would be somewhere that might have the part, these headlight motors are nothing but problems. I found a saturn headlight motor and the cover looks the same for, which cars uses the same motor (I don't care about the linkage, only need the cover off it).
